Rick Fox is a WHS professional, and Co-Founder of fr&nk Capability Leaders. Rick partners with organisations across Australia to improve how safety is understood, designed, and applied in practice. His work focuses on bridging the gap between systems, people, and culture, with a strong emphasis on usability, leadership, and meaningful engagement with workers.

Rick has worked extensively across local government, construction, infrastructure, and high-risk industries, helping organisations move beyond compliance-driven approaches towards practical, human-centred safety outcomes.
