Petrina Coventry

Professor Petrina Coventry is an experienced business ethicist with a global career spanning Asia, the United States, and Europe. She has held senior leadership roles with organisations including The General Electric Company, The Coca-Cola Company, and Procter & Gamble, bringing a strong commercial lens to ethics, governance, and organisational performance.

Her work spans multiple sectors, including healthcare and education, with a particular focus on ethics, governance, and the commercialisation of research. This has led to extensive engagement with governments, investment boards, and industry associations across the Australasian region.

Petrina is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD), a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety College of Fellows (FAIHS), a Vincent Fairfax Fellow (VFF), and a Fellow of the Australian Human Resource Institute (FAHRI). She also serves as a Non-Executive Director for several organisations, including as Chair of Transplant Australia.

Captaining Team HR, Petrina brings deep governance experience, a sharp ethical lens, and no real interest in pretending that structure and accountability are optional extras.
