She has partnered extensively with Boards and Executive teams to design and deliver HSEQ strategies that strengthen organisational resilience, protect workers and drive sustainable performance.
Nicole brings deep expertise in critical risk management, regulatory compliance, leadership capability, training and auditing, alongside a strong focus on psychosocial and behavioural safety.
