Michelle Tuckey

Michelle Tuckey is a Professor of Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of South Australia and a leading researcher on workplace bullying, psychosocial risk and psychological safety at work. Her work has helped shift organisations from treating bullying as an interpersonal issue to redesigning work and systems to remove root causes, and she advises governments, regulators and sectors on preventing bullying and sexual harassment at work.
