Gregory Zelic is an enterprise digital and data leader who has built his career at the intersection of strategy, technology and data, turning complex business challenges into scalable, intelligence-driven solutions. With a strong technical foundation and a natural instinct for problem-solving, he designs and delivers enterprise transformation programs that improve operational performance, strengthen risk management and enable smarter, more informed decision-making.

Currently Senior Manager, HSE Systems, Reporting & Analytics at AGL Energy, Gregory leads HSE digital systems governance, group reporting and analytics, embedding agentic AI and advanced analytics as new organisational capabilities. Prior to AGL, he spent seven years supporting NSW regulators, especially at SafeWork NSW, where he led its data and evidence agenda, architecting nationally significant platforms still in active use today, including the WHS RADAR.

Gregory holds a PhD in Behavioural Sciences and contributes regularly to national and international conferences on safety, data and digital transformation.
