AIHS 2027 Conference Ticket Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
• The promoter is the Australian Institute of Health & Safety (AIHS).
2. Eligibility
• Entry is open to all registered delegates who attended the AIHS National Health & Safety Conference 2026 and complete the post-conference survey.
• Only one entry per person will be accepted.
• AIHS employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.
3. How to Enter
• Complete the official post-conference feedback survey provided by AIHS before the closing date.
• All eligible survey respondents will be automatically entered into the draw.
4. Entry Period
• Entries open upon receipt of the survey invitation.
• Entries close at 11:59 PM (AEST), Wednesday 24 June 2026.
• Late entries will not be eligible to enter the draw.
5. Prize Details
• Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) full delegate pass to the AIHS National Health & Safety Conference 2027.
• The prize includes conference registration only and does not include travel, accommodation, or other incidental costs.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
• Winners will be randomly drawn on Thursday, 25 June 2026.
• Winners will be notified digitally via email communication by the AIHS.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days, the prize may be redrawn.
7. Prize Conditions
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The prize must be used for the 2027 AIHS National Conference and cannot be deferred to future events.
8. Privacy
• Participant information will be handled in accordance with AIHS’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and improving future conferences.
9. General
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• AIHS reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
